Education
Nathaniel Hill is a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer and the Founder & CEO of Broadway Plus. Nathaniel started Broadway Plus in 2016 as the first and only company to fulfill and promote Official VIP experiences for Broadway shows, a distinction that holds true today. The company has since grown into a leading group sales and events agency that offers theatergoers incomparable opportunities to experience Broadway in a whole new way.
Nathaniel has been described by Broadway News as an "industry thought leader." In 2026, Nathaniel released his debut book The VIP Effect: Designing Experiences to Impact and Impress, which draws upon his first ten years building Broadway Plus to show readers how to design experiences of all sorts, and make their whole life a VIP experience.
As a producer, Nathaniel produced HOUSE OF CLEOPATRA at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Off-Broadway, where it played to critical acclaim and was described by The New York Times as a “making most musical theater feel like ancient history." He was also a producer of Cats: The Jellicle Ball, How To Dance in Ohio, and Appropriate on Broadway, for which he won a Tony Award. Prior to founding Broadway Plus, Nathaniel worked as a company manager and general management associate on Broadway and Off-Broadway productions including Hamilton, Wicked, Sting's The Last Ship, Next to Normal, and Billy Elliot.
Nathaniel is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization of New York, and of Duke University's Entertainment Industry and LGBTQ+ Â alumni groups. Nathaniel proudly serves on the Junior Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation's New York chapter, and was awarded the 2026 WishMaker Award for helping grant dozens of Broadway wishes each year.
