Broadway performer Aaron Lazar has showcased remarkable versatility in 11 Broadway productions, originating roles in notable shows such as "The Last Ship" alongside Sting, "A Little Night Music" alongside Angela Lansbury and Catherine Zeta-Jones, and "Impressionism" opposite Jeremy Irons and Joan Allen. His breakout role was alongside Kelli O'Hara in "The Light in the Piazza." Lazar earned a Drama Desk Award nomination for his powerful portrayal of Enjolras in the first Broadway revival of "Les Misérables" and gained recognition for his performance as Larry Murphy in the first national tour of "Dear Evan Hansen." His on-screen work includes collaborations with esteemed directors and a recent starring role in Fox's "Filthy Rich" alongside Kim Catrall. With a BA from Duke University and an MFA from Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Lazar is also involved in producing projects and is developing a series with Academy Award-nominated screenwriter Nicholas Pileggi.
