Alexander Cruz is currently performing in Moulin Rouge on Broadway. He’s an actor, singer, dancer, writer, and producer. His previous credits include Moulin Rouge: The Musical 1st National Tour, West Side Story National Tour, A Chorus Line National Tour, and Evita at NY City Center. Alex has performed in countless regional productions including In The Heights, On Your Feet, Peter Pan, South Pacific, CATS, Hair, and La Cage Aux Folles. Alex has worked as a Choreographer on such productions as Holiday Inn at 5th Avenue Theatre and In The Heights at The Ordway. He has been a Dance Captain, Fight Captain, and has most recently started writing and producing his own musical. He is a Rhode Island College graduate and has been teaching for over 10 years in schools, studios, and privately.
