About

_Merry Christmas from the Dahl Family!_
It’s the holiday season and all four of the adult Dahl children have returned to their childhood home with partners in tow to celebrate. This family can sing songs in four-part harmony at the drop of a hat, but the gathering is anything but harmonious. Old conflicts resurface, new issues are battled, and dinner is taking absolutely forever to be served. Will the love the Dahls share for each other be enough to get them through, or will this be their last family Christmas?
Emmy® Award nominee Leslye Headland (_Bachelorette_, _Star Wars: The Acolyte_, _Russian Doll_) has written an equally heartwarming and heartbreaking new play about the things that can bind families together...or tear them apart.

Hayes Theater

The Hayes Theater, originally known as the Little Theatre, opened in 1912 under the vision of producer Winthrop Ames. Designed by architects Ingalls & Hoffman, the theater was part of the Little Theatre Movement, emphasizing intimate productions and experimental works. In 1920, architect Herbert J. Krapp expanded the seating capacity by adding a balcony, increasing the total to approximately 597 seats, making it the smallest Broadway theater. Over the years, the venue has served various purposes, including stints as a television studio and conference hall. In 1983, it was renamed the Helen Hayes Theatre in honor of the esteemed actress. The theater underwent significant renovations and, in 2018, reopened as the Hayes Theater under the management of Second Stage Theater, continuing its legacy of hosting innovative productions.
