Bringing Broadway to You with Education Events
Discover Broadway Plus education experiences that energize classrooms with actor-led workshops, rehearsals, concerts, and Q&As—in NYC, at your theater, or virtually—tailored to inspire every level.

Why bring Broadway to your students?
Here are a few of our most popular events:
Group Workshop
Get everyone moving, singing, and creating together. In a Group Workshop, a Broadway artist leads your students through energizing, ensemble-focused activities that meet them where they are and take them a step further. Warm-ups, acting games, quick choreography, or a song study: all of it builds listening, focus, and bravery in the room. The result is a shared sense of momentum and a reminder that great theater is a team sport. Perfect for mixed levels and large classes, this is an easy, high-impact way to raise the bar for your whole program. [1]
Showcase Concert
Nothing motivates like the promise of the spotlight. A Showcase Concert invites your performers to share the stage with a Broadway artist, trading solos, duets, and group numbers in an unforgettable, community-building event. It can double as a fundraiser, a capstone celebration, or a spirit-boosting kickoff before show season. Students don’t just watch excellence; they collaborate with it, and walk away with stories, and confidence, that last well beyond curtain call. [1]
Musical Rehearsal Workshop
Your musical matters and rehearsal time with someone who’s performed that show is a game-changer. In the Musical Rehearsal Workshop, a Broadway artist connected to your title digs into scenes, songs, and character choices, offering specific, actionable feedback that makes cuts cleaner, harmonies tighter, and storytelling bolder. Students learn how professionals shape moments, troubleshoot challenges, and bring truth to the text, skills they can apply immediately in your rehearsal room. [1]
Group Q&A
Sometimes the most transformative lesson is a candid conversation. In a Group Q&A, your students ask the questions they’ve been saving: about training, auditions, eight-show weeks, and handling nerves. Artists share their personal journey and how they found their love of theatre, how they keep improving, and how they stay kind to themselves through the process. The takeaway is personal and powerful: there are many paths to a life in the arts, and your students are already on theirs. [1]
Bringing Broadway to YOU: in-person, at your theater, or virtual
Broadway Plus makes logistics simple. Most workshops are available virtually and are supported with a Zoom link and tech help to keep focus on learning. If you’re traveling, NYC-based experiences can be hosted in professional rehearsal studios where Broadway shows actually rehearse! Plus, pair your experience with tickets to a Broadway show. Broadway Plus grants you the access to discount student rate tickets for groups 10+. If you’re staying home, Broadway comes to your auditorium, gym, or studio. You can also customize the focus, split time between acting, dance, and voice, or double down on one discipline to target program goals. [3]
Access to thousands of artists
With a roster featuring over 2,500 artists across Broadway, tours, and professional productions, you’ll find teaching artists who truly “speak” your show, style, and students’ needs. Browse by production, discipline, or experience type to get inspired, then let the Broadway Plus team recommend the right fit for your vision. [1] [2]
Real impact, real feedback
Educators across North America and the UK have praised how students light up when they work with Broadway professionals, calling the workshops inspirational, professional, and worth every penny. From dance masterclasses that click for every student to artist visits that re-energize an entire department, the message is consistent: these experiences change what students believe is possible. Planning your first (or next) Broadway Plus event
Getting started is easy. Share your goals, timeline, and ideal format, and the team will follow up quickly to shape a plan that fits your students and schedule. You can submit the Education inquiry form or reach the concierge at concierge@broadwayplus.com to discuss options and artist availability. If you’re pairing a workshop with a trip to see a show, you can explore group offerings and then add an education add-on like a workshop, Q&A, or concert for a truly complete Broadway day. [1]
The “why” that matters
At its core, a Broadway Plus education event isn’t just about technique, it’s about sparking belief. When a student hears a Tony-winning score interpreted up close, learns a phrase of choreography from someone who’s danced it on stage, or receives a note that unlocks their scene, they feel the joy of progress. That feeling fuels auditions, homework, teamwork, and the next brave choice in rehearsal. Bring Broadway to your students, and watch them bring more of themselves to the work, in NYC, right at your theater, or virtually. [1] [3]
